Conservation Psychology Institute

The Conservation Psychology Institute (CPI) is a 4-day intensive program bringing together practitioners, scholars, students and professionals with a diverse and experienced faculty in environmental psychology and environmental education. Institute participants will explore how the research and applications of conservation psychology can be used to design programs that foster active care for nature across the lifespan. Participants will gain a better understanding of the complex social, emotional, cognitive, behavioral and experiential dynamic that promote active participation and the development of care and concern for nature.

The Early Bird Registration period has expired. The period for Regular Registration ($1035) extends from April 16, 2014 to midnight on May 30, 2014. If space allows, we will accept Late Registrations ($1185) until June 11, 2014. The course is limited to 40 participants.


Please visit the CPI website for area lodging information. If you choose to use Keene State College for housing, you may register and pay for it here with a credit card. All other options must be arranged by you with the lodging you select.
