Course Overview
Adapting to opportunity, challenge, and change is essential in today’s marketplace. Maintaining relevance and being resilient requires innovation. Having a well-crafted strategy provides a roadmap for achieving desired goals, remaining competitive, and achieving long-term success. Students will study current and emerging theories of organizational strategy, innovation, and resilience; develop approaches for leading effective strategic thinking and execution, while balancing the integration of environmental, human, and financial sustainability in businesses and non-governmental organizations (NGO’s).
